Dr Amanat Hussain is a visionary leader with the ability to lead people effectively while maintaining valid principles and ideals that are consistent with high moral and ethical standards. Amanat is a Programme Director with a proven track record of delivery of major multi-million pound organisation transformation programmes. He has over 25 years of experience as a management consultant to a wide range of public and private sector organisations. He has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage the dynamics of face-to-face meetings as well as deliver written communications. He has innovative and insightful approach, is able to absorb complex information and to provide constructive support and pragmatic solutions.

Amanat has managed complex transformation programmes in diverse market sectors including defence, financial markets and the public safety environment. He has successfully delivered the largest police transformation programme (C3i) for the United Kingdom Metropolitan Police Service and developed the transformation programme for the Devon and Cornwall Police Service. He has worked with the Olympic Security Directorate to design the National Command and Control Programme to provide security for the 2012 London Olympics. Dr Hussain worked as the Chief Programme Advisor on the Enterprise Command and Crisis-management Centre (EC3) for the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai to develop the organisational structure and processes for the new organisation and is working with the government of Bahrain on developing the Regional Centre for Information and Communication Technology (CICT).
